1 commentWhether or not you’re in the market for a home, everyone likes checking out weird or cool homes. And this one, about ~1.5 hours from Seattle, gets right to the “point”. Forget Bridge to Terabithia, take the floating bridge you have to cross to get to this place and chill out on the hot tub on the expanded deck overlooking amazing Oak Bay.
From the gingerbread-house-like-roof to the old English-style tub and fireplaces, you can practically imagine the crunchy-but-lovely-couple hanging out in their UGGs here.
Check out what Barbara Corcoran thought of it on the Today Show last week. Stay tuned for more Trulia House of the Day!

Barbara Corcoran, one of the most influential thought leaders in real estate, appeared on the Today Show this morning discussing her choices for the 18 Best Real Estate Websites. We’re happy to have made her list. According to Comscore, over the last 12 months, we are the fastest growing U.S. real estate website. Woo-Hoo!
Barbara Says:
Best site to price comparable properties: Trulia
Currently listed and recently sold properties appear on the page with each “for sale” listing, along with graphs showing how that house compares with similar homes. It also gives you the year built, square footage and sales history.
Thanks Barbara!
