<p>The Trulia for Agents app lets agents broadcast their local expertise with listing check ins.  Agents can check in to the listings they tour and display check ins on their Trulia.com profile so that prospective clients can contact them for more details and get the first-hand inside scoop on properties.  The agents who check in to the most listings will rise to the top of their local leaderboard.</p>
<p><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-6390" style="border: 0pt none;margin-left: 3px;margin-right: 3px" src="http://corp.truliablog.com/files/2011/12/iphoneleads.jpg" alt="iphoneleads" width="204" height="145" />Trulia for Agents also pushes immediate lead notifications to the iPhone, helping agents respond quickly to consumer inquiries.  Agents can also access all of their leads, store their client list and add new contacts while hosting an open house.</p>
<p>Also included in the app is a quick property lookup that lets agents find nearby listings and instantly share homes that fit clients’ needs.  They can also share other neighborhood details including open home times, driving directions, nearby restaurants, grocery stores and more.</p>

More than a hundred of you responded and we very touched by your stories. Congrats to those of you who&#8217;ve already achieved your American Dreams and best wishes to those of you are are still working to achieve your goals.</p>
<p>Last week, we tallied up the votes and named Jessica K. as our winner with 296 votes for her entry:</p>

<p>6.             <strong>Identity of Entrant.</strong> In the event of a dispute about the identity of the entrant, entries made online will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry.  An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.  The potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.</p>

<p>Limit one (1) entry per person.<strong> </strong>If any entrant is found to have used multiple or different Facebook accounts, or other applicable accounts to submit more than one Short Essay, such entrant and his/her answers will be disqualified. All entries must be in English.  All requested information must be provided for your entry to be valid.  Entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.  All entrants and entries are subject to verification by Sponsor. <strong></strong></p>
<p>8.<strong> Promotion Rules</strong>: Short Essays will be judged by other Facebook users as follows:</p>
<p>Beginning on or about March 1, 2011 and ending March 6, 2011, the other Facebook users will evaluate eligible Short Essays and select the winner by voting as explained on the Promotion voting pages and based on the following judging criteria: the most apt, original, and interesting Short Essay.<strong> </strong></p>
<p>In the unlikely event of a tie, the winning Short Essay will be determined by &#8220;a panel of qualified Sponsor employee judges pursuant to the highest score in the following category: the most original Short Essay.<strong> </strong> Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any entries that are inappropriate for any reason, including, without limitation, entries that contain, depict, describe, mention, or refer to illegal, profane, sexually explicitly, hateful, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive or inappropriate material or are otherwise not appropriate for or consistent with Sponsor&#8217;s brand image.
